i own the copyrights to all original works listed on this page and i reserve the rights to issue takedown requests to any derivative work involving them. however, i will allow usage of my work for non-commercial* purposes and distribution of derivative works by any means as long as the material used:

• is used in a transformative manner
• is sufficiently attributed to me, ideally with a link back to this site
• is not used in content that:
  • intends to harm the reputation of myself or other entities
  • violates other intellectual property rights
  • promotes any illegal acts or any other activities i consider to be immoral
• is not used to train or otherwise be used in anything directly involving generative ai

*i will also allow monetisation of content involving my work uploaded to social media sites such as youtube, twitch, tiktok and instagram as long as it also follows the conditions listed above
